Lily Order Form
If you would like to purchase a Lily in memory or honor of a loved one, the cost is $15 per plant.
Please have your orders in by Tuesday April 15th. The Lilies will adorn the sanctuary and will be taken to the home-bound following worship on Easter Sunday.
Memorials will be listed in the Easter Sunday bulletin.
Payments can be mailed or left in the Business office. Please write Lily in the memo line. Payments can also be made online at https://www.firstpresjamestown.com/support.
